7 Brew Coffee is planning a new drive-thru location in San Antonio, Texas, according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
The proposed stand will be located at 5311 Rigsby Ave., San Antonio, TX 78222. Registered under project number TABS2027003968, the development calls for a 510-square-foot drive-thru coffee stand with an estimated construction cost of $500,000.
According to the filing, construction is scheduled to begin on January 4, 2027, with completion targeted for March 16, 2027. The project is listed as new construction and is privately funded. The filing identifies 5311 Rigsby Avenue, LLC as the property owner and Southern Brew Corp as the tenant.
Founded in 2017 in Northwest Arkansas, 7 Brew has grown into a drive-thru beverage chain focused on customizable drinks and quick service. The brand’s menu features handcrafted coffee, energy drinks, teas, lemonades, smoothies, shakes and flavored sodas. Customers can customize their beverages with different flavors, milk options and sweetness levels.
Among its signature offerings are the Blondie, a caramel-and-vanilla breve, and the Brunette, a hazelnut-and-caramel mocha. The chain also offers traditional coffeehouse drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos and mochas, alongside its signature 7 Energy beverages.
The company’s concept centers on drive-thru service without a traditional indoor dining area, allowing customers to order drinks while on the go. According to its official website, 7 Brew operates hundreds of stands across multiple states and continues to expand its footprint.
The proposed Rigsby Avenue location would add another 7 Brew stand to San Antonio, where the brand already operates locations on Interstate 35, Southeast Military Drive, Culebra Road and Potranco Road.
Although the TDLR filing provides a projected construction timeline, it does not confirm an opening date for the new stand. Further details about the location’s design and grand-opening plans have not yet been announced.
WhatNow reached out to 7 Brew for additional information about the proposed San Antonio location but had not received a response at the time of publication. This article will be updated as more details become available.
