Three Cherries Hospitality is developing a new concept for the East Village.

Hospitality veterans Benjamin Aizer, Kevin Peet, Brian Vogel and Andrew Rhodes will open their new spot at 15 1st Ave. in the former La Linea space, according to a liquor license submitted to Manhattan’s Community Board 3.

The owners bring more than 20 years of hospitality experience, operating restaurants and managing staff across New York City and New Jersey. Their backgrounds include McKenna’s Pub, Charlie’s Place, Allendale Social, Saku, Grand Vin, The Mayfly, Torchi at the HGU Hotel and the Penn Club.

The application suggests the new spot will center on a bar-focused concept, with eight TVs for game-day viewing. The space will also feature a custom 16-seat bar and nine tables for guests.

The cocktail menu reimagines classics from the ‘70s and ’80s with playful twists, featuring the “Raspberry Beret,” an espresso martini made with raspberry syrup and reposado tequila, and the “Honey Child,” a bourbon-based cocktail featuring honey, elderflower, pear and an Aperol finish.

The food will complement the bar atmosphere with classic bites, including hand-stretched flatbreads baked to order, wings, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, fried zucchini, sweet chili cauliflower bites and rice balls served with marinara.

The team is currently working through the permitting and licensing process.

Once open, the new spot will operate daily from 3 p.m. to 4 a.m.
