Known for its wholesome, health-forward menu and feel-good approach to dining, Flower Child will open its Peoria restaurant at The Trailhead on Nov. 17 and its Goodyear location at GSQ on Dec. 8, bringing the Arizona-born restaurant to two West Valley communities.

Now spanning 18 states, the popular restaurant continues its growth with Flower Child Peoria (8226 W. Happy Valley Road) becoming its 48th location, followed by Goodyear as No. 49. Designed to feel welcoming from the first visit, both restaurants will offer the bright, lively atmosphere Flower Child is known for, alongside its made-from-scratch dishes that cater to all lifestyles, from vegetarian and vegan to gluten-free and everything in between.

“The West Valley has been on our minds for a long time, and we intentionally waited for the right locations,” said Dave Luz, vice president of operations for Flower Child in a statement. “Flower Child is Arizona-born and bred, so serving these neighborhoods feels like coming home. We wanted each restaurant to fit its neighborhood from day one, and we’re honored to be opening our doors to guests in Peoria and Goodyear.”

Rooted in positive, soul-satisfying eating, both restaurants will open with the new fall menu, which goes live across all locations Oct. 22. Seasonal additions include the Roasted Butternut & Asian Pear Salad with radicchio, frisée, golden berry, toasted walnut, marinated grains, dried cranberry, goat cheese and sherry vinaigrette; Hoisin Tofu “Banh Mi” Wrap with mushroom truffle pâté, pickled carrot, cucumber, Vietnamese herb, romaine and jalapeño pineapple vinaigrette; Miso Glazed Salmon Bowl with trumpet mushroom, steamed vegetables, toasted sesame, cucumber sunomono and brown rice; and Flo-Cho Chow Bowl with wok noodle, zucchini, carrot, mushroom, scallion, bell pepper, cashew and tamarind sauce. The fan-favorite Gluten-Free Pumpkin Muffin rounds out the lineup for a seasonal sweet.

Flower Child Peoria carries the brand’s joyful spirit through an eclectic mix of artwork and murals. The exterior focal point is an original mural featuring “Let Love Grow Roots,” painted over a vibrant, watercolor-inspired composition of oversized florals. Inside, gallery walls pair colorful illustrations and uplifting messages with imagery celebrating Arizona, while original butterfly artwork by Flower Child’s creative team adds a personal touch with pieces inspired by nature, transformation and individuality.

Flower Child Goodyear draws on nature and creativity inside and out. An exterior mural brings the restaurant’s “Let Your Soul Shine” message to life with painted florals, sun-kissed lemons and a colorful palette. Inside, a gallery wall of florals, leaves and botanical forms creates an intriguing display of Arizona nature-inspired artwork. Three original works by Alegre Lopez, senior digital marketing manager for FRC, feature hand-sewn motifs inspired by Sonoran Desert vegetation, turning familiar desert plants into textured pieces that reflect Arizona’s landscape.

Each restaurant will offer dine-in service, online ordering and takeout through the Flower Child app. Flower Child is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. For more information, visit IAmaFlowerChild.com.
