Another Nine Golf is bringing its 24/7 indoor golf experience to Georgetown, with a new location planned for late January 2027 at 210 Blue Springs Blvd. Suite 102, pending permits and construction timelines.
Founded by Ethan Grob and Brett Jewell, Another Nine Golf opened its first location in 2024. The indoor golf facility offers private rooms for anyone interested in practicing golf, from amateurs to experts.
What Now Austin reached out to franchisee Soham Thakker, who confirmed that the concept, initially planned to open in December, will be delayed by one month.
“We have to push back a month just because permitting and designs took longer.” he said. A grand opening date will be announced closer to the late-January debut.
For Thakker, the experience Another Nine offers provides several benefits that allow anyone to practice.
“It’s, number one, it’s 24/7. Number two, there’s no membership required, so anyone can come and play. Number three, people can practice with privacy and concentrate on their private or group experience,” he told What Now Austin.
Guests book an hour through the app or website. Memberships are available but are not the focus. The private suites feature a bar, a mini fridge, and TVs, and can be connected for corporate events or larger parties. The company has signed 71 franchise agreements across 16 states, according to LINK.
Thakker initially hoped to find a Georgetown location along I-35, where highway traffic could see the brand, though that wasn’t a requirement. The property was one of the first available for lease that they came across, and the fact that The Junction was opening across the same parking lot made it even more appealing.
“We really liked the concept of The Junction,” he said, adding that the team also liked the landlord and his group. “People will be able to see the Another Nine logo when they pass by.”
The Junction, a nearly 60,000-square-foot food, drink, and entertainment complex, broke ground on Nov. 13, 2025, according to Community Impact. The publication reports that The Junction is expected to open in November. What Now Austin also reported on KidsUnited‘s plans to open its first Georgetown location in Suite 104 at the same development.
According to Thakker, expansion may be in the plans, but it isn’t a priority.
“We’re focused on this one, and then we’ll see where things go,” he told What Now Austin.
His message to Georgetown is that no golf experience is needed. “Anyone and everyone is welcome to come play,” he said. Guests who join the insiders list by email receive 25% off their first booking.
