Johnnie-O is preparing to open a new retail store at 321 E. Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach. The apparel brand lists the Atlantic Avenue location as “coming soon” in the Florida section of its official store directory, although an opening date has not yet been announced.

The new storefront will bring Johnnie-O’s apparel collections to downtown Delray Beach, adding another retail destination to the Atlantic Avenue corridor. According to their website, the company’s retail stores are designed to reflect what it describes as an easy, elevated lifestyle, combining East Coast traditions with a more relaxed West Coast aesthetic.

Founded in 2005 by John O’Donnell, a former UCLA golfer and Chicago native, Johnnie-O began with a golf shirt featuring a distinctive four-button design and a pocket. As noted on their website, the company has since developed into a broader lifestyle apparel brand offering collections for men, women and boys. Its signature style, which the company calls West Coast Prep, combines classic designs with contemporary comfort and performance-focused details.

The brand’s product range extends beyond its original golf-inspired clothing. Its men’s collections include polos, button-down shirts, T-shirts, sweaters, quarter-zips, outerwear, pants and shorts. Johnnie-O also carries footwear and accessories, alongside dedicated women’s and boys’ collections. The company’s website highlights its Original Polo as one of its longstanding signature products.

As highlighted on their website directory, the Delray Beach address joins the company’s existing Florida retail presence, which includes stores in Naples, Miramar Beach, Watersound and West Palm Beach.
