Pizzanista! and Bar Saint Bruno remain planned for downtown Phoenix as Vivili Hospitality Group prepares to debut Hero, one of three concepts in its expansion near First and Portland streets, according to Mouth by Southwest.

What Now Phoenix previously reported that all three concepts were expected to open in early 2026. The latest report places Hero’s scheduled debut on October 30, with the other two still to come.

Pizzanista! is planned for 1029 N. First Street, with Bar Saint Bruno directly behind it. Vivili founder Skyler Reeves is developing the fast-casual pizza restaurant with Salman Agah, who founded Pizzanista! in Los Angeles in 2010.

The pizza company’s website still lists Phoenix as coming soon. Its existing restaurants serve whole pies and slices.

Bar Saint Bruno is planned as an intimate cocktail bar. Further details about its menu and opening timeline remain unavailable.

Hero is scheduled to open across the street at 1030 N. First Street. The restaurant will serve handmade pasta and seafood, combining Italian dishes with Japanese influences under culinary director Yuji Iwasa.

Vivili’s existing restaurants include The Barley Hound, Rosa’s Pizzeria, Taco Don’s, and La Planchada.

What Now Phoenix reached out to Vivili Hospitality Group for updated opening timelines but did not hear back by the time of publication.

Opening dates for the pizza restaurant and cocktail bar have not been confirmed, and this article may be updated as more information becomes available.
