Solidcore is preparing to open its first Queen Creek studio at The Switchyard. The fitness company appears on the tenant roster published on The Switchyard’s website.
The project sits at the northeast corner of Ellsworth Loop Road and Ocotillo Road. The studio has not announced an opening date.
The brand currently operates three Arizona studios: Biltmore in Phoenix, plus McCormick Ranch and Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale. The Queen Creek location is one of two announced studios that will bring its workouts into the East Valley.
As What Now Phoenix previously reported, Solidcore is also preparing a 2,483-square-foot studio at Heritage Park in downtown Gilbert. That development expects its first storefronts to open in the second quarter of 2027. An opening date for that studio has not been announced.
The Switchyard will combine restaurants, retail, services, and apartments on approximately 10 acres in downtown Queen Creek. Other tenants include Postino, Snooze, Shake Shack, Bamboo Sushi, and PopUp Bagels.
