Solidcore plans to open its first East Valley studio at Heritage Park in downtown Gilbert, according to In Business PHX.
Solidcore is one of the tenants announced for the mixed-use development and will have 2,483 square feet. Heritage Park expects its first storefronts to open in the second quarter of 2027. An exact opening date for the Solidcore studio has not been announced.
Solidcore’s workouts use a Pilates-inspired reformer. New clients can take a beginner class to learn how to use the machine before trying other formats.
Regular sessions last 30, 50, or 65 minutes, depending on the format. Some train the entire body; others concentrate on areas such as the core, upper body, or lower body. Classes are small, the lights stay low, and upbeat music plays throughout.
Heritage Park is being built on 10 acres at Gilbert Road and Juniper Avenue. The first phase will include 288 apartments and about 47,000 square feet for shops and restaurants. Plans also include a public square, walking and biking paths, and over 300 parking spaces.
