Wild Eggs is preparing to expand its presence in Central Ohio, with a second Columbus-area restaurant in development even before its first location officially opens.
According to Columbus Business First, the Louisville-based breakfast and brunch chain expects to open its first Columbus-area restaurant this month and is already preparing another location.
The brand’s first Central Ohio restaurant is located at 5912 Old Hamilton Road, Westerville, OH 43081, within The Commons at Hamilton Quarter. The restaurant’s official website currently lists November 15, 2026, as its opening date.
Wild Eggs serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch, with a scratch-kitchen approach that emphasizes freshly prepared dishes. Its menu features omelets, pancakes, eggs Benedict, breakfast casseroles, sandwiches, and specialty creations. Popular offerings include the Cast Iron Cinnamon Roll, Kalamity Katie’s Border Benedict, Kelsey’s KY Brown, and Mexico City Chilaquiles.
The restaurant also offers gluten-friendly menu options, a children’s menu, carryout, delivery, and catering services for offices, schools, and special events.
Founded in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2007, Wild Eggs has grown into a regional restaurant chain with locations across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Its expansion into Central Ohio marks another step in the brand’s growth beyond its original Kentucky market.
Although Columbus Business First has reported that a second Central Ohio restaurant is in development, its exact location, address, size, and anticipated opening timeline have not yet been publicly confirmed.
