7 Brew Coffee is planning to open its first Livermore location in the parking lot of a shopping center anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement. According to Livermore Vine, the city’s Planning Commission approved the project in September. The proposed stand will be located near the intersection of First Street and Mines Road.
Founded in Arkansas, 7 Brew operates a drive-thru coffee business focused on made-to-order beverages. The company has expanded its operations across multiple states with standalone stands designed around drive-thru service.
The planned Livermore location will occupy approximately 934 square feet and include two drive-thru lanes, a queue accommodating up to 15 vehicles, a walk-up window, and patio seating. The project also includes site improvements such as landscaping, directional signage, and a trash and recycling enclosure.
According to 7 Brew’s website, its beverage menu includes several categories beyond traditional coffee. The selection includes its signature 7 Originals, classic coffee drinks, energy drinks, flavored sodas, teas, chai, matcha, lemonades, smoothies and shakes.
The company also emphasizes drink customization. Customers can choose from different flavors, alternative milks, and sugar-free options. Its double drive-thru format is designed to accommodate orders while allowing beverages to be prepared individually.
Although the project received approval for potential 24-hour operations, Livermore Vine reported that the business was not expected to operate around the clock initially. A project representative said the company’s typical operating hours are approximately 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The report did not establish a specific construction completion date or opening schedule.
