Chez Théo Taverne Grecque is preparing to open at 3000 Boulevard René-Lévesque, Suite 100, in the Île-des-Sœurs area of Montreal. The business describes its concept as a Greek tavern serving Mediterranean cuisine.

The restaurant’s menu will focus on Greek and Mediterranean dishes, with an emphasis on seafood, grilled meats, and smaller plates. According to the company’s website, its offerings will include fish and seafood preparations, grilled specialties, mezzés and Greek tapas designed for sharing.

The concept draws on the traditional Greek taverna format, with dishes intended for individual meals or shared dining. The restaurant also identifies its cuisine as a combination of Greek food, Mediterranean preparations, seafood, and grilled dishes.

In addition to its dining room, Chez Théo plans to offer a terrace during warmer months. The restaurant’s website also lists a private room for groups and special events, as well as takeout service. Free on-site parking is another amenity identified by the business.

The restaurant lists lunch and dinner service Monday through Friday, with dinner service on Saturdays and Sundays. These hours are listed as the planned operating schedule ahead of the opening.
