Private homebuilder Ashton Woods this week announced plans for Kempston Place in Johns Creek.
Opening for sale in early 2019, the gated 45 single family home community inside Technology Center, will be surrounded by a mix of office, residential and retail spaces.
The site is situated on the north side of Technology Circle and southwest of McGinnis Ferry Road.
“As one of our two new communities in Johns Creek, Kempston Place brings exceptional and personalized design to the work corridors,” Michael Malloy, vice president of Ashton Woods Atlanta, said in the announcement.
“This community gives parents the opportunity to live in one of the most desirable parts of Metro Atlanta and send their kids to one of top 10 schools in the state.”
Once homeowners have chosen a floorplan, they will work with the design team at The Studio by Ashton Woods to “create personalized design solutions that incorporate their unique tastes and inspirations into every room of the home.”
Prices start from the high $400,000s.
