Japanese Small Plate Eatery Fúdo Opens January 7 in Chamblee

Owner of Ichiban Steak and Sushi is behind the new Asian restaurant.

Fúdo will open its Chamblee doors for the first time Monday, January 7.

The new Asian restaurant, at 5070 Peachtree Blvd Suite A100, is hosting a grand opening celebration for the public starting at 4 p.m.

An array of complimentary wine, craft beer, and sake will be served at the event in addition to special sushi and small plate offerings.

At 5 p.m., Chamblee Mayor Eric Clarkson will host a ribbon cutting along with the City Council members and Fúdo founder John Lee (also of Ichiban Steak and Sushi.)

The grand opening party is free to attend and all ages are welcome.

Fúdo means “food with no limits.”

On its menu are Japanese small plate selections and sushi.

It also boasts a pet-friendly, outdoor patio with retractable windows.
