D&A Investment Group, LLC could soon break ground on Shops at Vinings Ridge, a five-story mixed-use at 2747 Paces Ferry Road SE.
Construction bids for the development are being submitted now through May 13 at 5 p.m.
Shops at Vinings Ridge will boast 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 300 multifamily residences, and 50 townhomes, across 300,000 square feet.
The Shopping Center Group has been retained to lease the center’s 17 commercial spaces.
Available suites range in size from 1,005 to 8,200 square feet.
Mehdi Jannat-Khah, the founder of D&A, did not immediately respond to What Now Atlanta’s request for comment Thursday.
