Popular all-male, all-nude gay strip club Swinging Richards at the end of last week filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported the news Tuesday (paywall.)

Parent company 1400 Northside Drive Inc. filed the petition calling for a reorganization of its finances.

Swinging Richards since 2014 has been battling workers for alleged unpaid wages.

The exotic dancers in mid-2018 won the case and a judgment of $800,000, according to the petition.

Swinging Richards set up a GoFundMe at the end of April to help the company keep “swinging proudly.”

“A recent court decision and overly aggressive lawyers looking for profit, have caused us to reach out to the community for help,” according to the crowd-funding campaign.

“Don’t let them shut us down!”

The campaign is seeking $1,000,000 in donations.

Not a single dollar has been raised as of this publication.
