Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has signed a lease to open in Eden’s Lenox Marketplace shopping center in Buckhead, at 3535 Peachtree Road NE.
The new Iron Hill is the eighteenth planned location for the Delaware-based company set to open next year as part of its “20 by 20” initiative, in which the Iron Hill team plans to open and operate 20 locations by the year 2020.
Iron Hill will occupy a 7,770-square-foot space created by combining a portion of the former Pirch, Neiman Marcus Last Call, and Staples storefronts, a leasing representative with Eden’s in an email Tuesday told What Now Atlanta.
It will feature the company’s on-site brewing facility as well as seating for approximately 250 in the bar area and dining room, plus additional patio seating.
“We have established ourselves in the northeast,” Kevin Finn, Chairman of the Board and Director of Development at Iron Hill, said in a press release Tuesday.
“After we were welcomed in South Carolina with open arms, we knew it was time to explore more of the south, and we have been eyeing Atlanta for some time, waiting for the right opportunity and location. Buckhead is a major commercial and financial center in Atlanta, and given its residential appeal, we knew this neighborhood was a perfect next step.”

Lenox Marketplace is the same center home to the Candytopia pop-up.
That Lenox marketplace has had turmoil with tenants many times over. While Publix, Dicks and Target stay..the rest rotates like flapjacks..hope they do well
