Renders of Digital Desert, LLC’s massive Evora mixed-used development surfaced this week, providing a glimpse of what’s to come once the under-construction project debuts. The Las Vegas-based real estate developer launched a website for the 42-acre mixed-use development, at South Buffalo Drive and West Patrick Lane, and has retained SRS Real Estate Partners for restaurant leasing.

Evora, across four phases, will deliver 1,343 residential units, approximately 240,000 square feet of commercial space, subterranean parking, and “resort-style” amenities. The initial phase of construction will bring a 1.5-acre public plaza with a performance pavilion, restaurants, retail, and office space with views of the Strip and mountains — 456 of the total planned residential units and nearly half of the commercial space will all arrive as part of this first phase.

Curt Schriner of Grand Canyon Development Partners — the company overseeing the development of Evora — told the Las Vegas Review-Journal in November that completing all four phases is expected to take six and a half years. No tenant announcements have yet been made.
