Rose Signor and Andrew Smith have worked and lived in Downtown Las Vegas for 15 years. Now, they are building their own bar from scratch at 222 E Imperial Ave. in preparation for a 2021 opening.

Their new 2400 square foot space will be a cozy venue, featuring low ceilings, wood panels, and vintage beer memorabilia. The mid-century-modern-inspired bar will serve beer and wine, inspired by the couple’s European adventures.

“After leaving our jobs and going on an 8-month backpacking hiatus, we came back feeling we had enough experience to branch out and open our own beer bar,” Smith told What Now Las Vegas. “We really want to create a desirable spot to hang and drink at where service is on point, the ambiance is inviting and the beers taste good,” Smith said.

Smith and Signor both have extensive restaurant management experience — prior to their backpacking trip, Rose Signor managed Atomic Liquors, where she helped develop the Las Vegas beer scene. In L.A., Smith used to run a popular cocktail bar called The Edison.

The couple plans to open their newest venture at the end of February. Until then, The Silver Stamp construction updates can be found on their Instagram page.
