Let’s stop restricting tacos to Tuesdays. Or rather, let’s stop pretending like we can. Every day is a perfect day to feast on some carne asada tacos or tacos al pastor.

Taco Reforma, inspired by the street stalls in Mexico City, will soon attend to our insatiable hunger for authentic street-style tacos and homemade birria among other popular Mexican dishes.

The modern, sleek fast-casual restaurant will be joining Pachinko Pub, Broken Yolk Cafe, and Baguette Cafe at the 43,913 square-foot office and retail building that was formerly the Nevada Savings and Loan Association Building.

The new building is currently under construction by Dapper Cos., the real estate development company from J Dapper, and aims to be open in 2022.

Although Taco Reforma‘s online presence is currently minimal, we will stay on their trail, aided by the buttery scent of homemade flour tortillas.
