There’s nothing quite like a bowl of ramen, which is why Owner David Lee is gracing Nevadans with a second location of Enza Ramen in Southwest Las Vegas.

The menu offers exciting variations of ramen from creamy bulgogi and pollo to seafood, but if you want to stick to the basics, there’s always the tonkotsu ramen, which is made of tonkotsu broth, pork chashu, bean sprouts, green onions, bamboo shoots, dry seaweed, and a soft boiled egg.

For days when the Las Vegas heat is just too much, Enza Ramen also serves sushi and donburi (a Japanese rice bowl).

The second Enza Ramen will be moving into the newly built shopping center at the intersection of Russell Road and Fort Apache Road.

Be sure to check back here for updates on when the Southwest location will open its doors. Until then, its Henderson location at 116 N Stephanie Street is open from 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM every day.
