From buttermilk pancakes and omelets to barbecue ribs and cheesecakes, you’ll soon have your fill.

The MGM Grand will officially reopen its buffet this Wednesday at 7 a.m., providing breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch.

During its current “soft launch” period, the buffet team has been running through “operational, service and training procedures and protocols” in preparation for Wednesday, according to MGM spokeswoman Ashley Farkas.

The MGM Grand Buffet will be open Thursdays through Mondays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Prices are $25.99 per person on Monday, Thursday and Friday and $29.99 on Saturday and Sunday. Kids age 5 and younger eat free.
