Since its conception in 2010, Nacho Daddy has simultaneously satisfied and entertained thrill seekers with the “most insane gourmet nachos smothered in queso and salsa” and their famous scorpion shots.
The Las Vegas-based casual Mexican restaurant has locations in Peccole Ranch, Downtown Las Vegas, the Miracle Mile Shops, and out-of-state spots in Duluth, Georgia, and Salt Lake City. A previous Henderson location on Eastern Avenue closed in 2016 to make way for a Chik-fil-A. Five years later, Nacho Daddy is making a comeback in the same neighborhood.
Eater Las Vegas reports that the new Nacho Daddy will move into 4,556-square-foot Pad F in the St. Rose Square retail center, “joining the under-construction Farmer Boys and Texas Roadhouse restaurants and a recently debuted drive-thru In-N-Out.”
Although an official opening date has not been announced for the Henderson location, be sure to check out Nacho Daddy at one of its open locations for a delicious and fun experience. Nacho Daddy “double barrel dare(s) you to take a scorpion shot” and “get stung.”
For those who would rather pass on swallowing an arachnid whole, Nacho Daddy has flavor-explosive nacho dishes, from enchilada and chicken tinga to filet mignon and lobster & crab nachos. Nacho Daddy has something for everyone.
