With two locations in Henderson and Southwest Las Vegas, Bella Vita is now working towards a third restaurant in Peccole Ranch.
The award-winning restaurant is known for its obsessive Italian cuisine and craft cocktails. Bella Vita offers a modern culinary approach to traditional Italian dishes, such as Lobster Ravioli, which is made of homemade ravioli, lobster meat, shrimp, and creamy pink vodka sauce, and owner Sergio Montegrande’s favorite–short ribs braised, red wine, root vegetables served over linguine pasta.
We’d be remiss not to mention Bella Vita’s toothsome selection of sweets, ranging from the classic cannoli and tiramisu to the Spomoni Bomba, a strawberry, pistachio and chocolate gelato coated with dark chocolate drizzle with white chocolate.
Bella Vita will settle into a 4,000-square-foot space at 750 S Rampart Boulevard, nestled in the bustling Fashion Village at Boca Park. Be sure to check back here for updates on Bella Vita’s opening date.
