Sushi lies on Summerlin’s horizon. Although mystery shrouds the newcomer heading to the Hualapai Pavillion at 3700 S Hualapai Way, we anticipate an exquisite sushi menu from this exciting new restaurant.
Hana Sushi will settle into the 2,412-square-foot vacancy at suite 104, which had formerly housed the athletic club Summerlin CrossFit. The new sushi restaurant will join Roma Coffee and Dim Sum Café in the retail center.
Owner Xing Mao was unavailable for comment at the time of this article and an official opening date has not yet been announced; however, we will be sure to update you on when to expect Hana Sushi to open its doors to the public.
