Carver Road Hospitality will debut Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas this December, marking the hospitality company’s first concept to be announced since its fall 2020 launch.

Carversteak both celebrates and elevates the classic steakhouse experience, artfully designed by award-winning international design studio DesignAgency which partnered with A Perfect Bite. The restaurant’s mid-century modern aesthetic radiates Mad Men vibes with a rich palette, sleek lounge chairs, and warm retro lighting. The 14,500-square-foot luxury steakhouse will feature a 70-foot honed quartzite stone bar that leads to the main dining floor and 3,500-square-foot terrace complete with a bar and dining and lounge gardens overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. With 24 bar seats and plentiful lounge seating, the spacious main bar and lounge will also feature a 30-foot LCD screen displaying art and sporting events. Additional highlights of the restaurant include the Knife Shop and Scotch Room, both of which double as private dining rooms. The gallery interior will showcase digital and traditional art pieces.

“Carversteak is a new spin on the classic steakhouse,” CEO of Carver Road Hospitality Sean Christie said in a press release. “Drawing on elements from the past paired with new techniques both front- and back-of-house, we are reimagining the steakhouse concept for today’s Las Vegas guests looking for a novel experience, but still comforted by the classics. The multi-faceted and beautifully designed restaurant, which will evolve in mood and tone as the night progresses, will strive for excellence every step of the way.”

Carversteak will offer a delectable menu that forefronts thick dry-aged American cuts and features Japanese-certified Wagyu cuts, such as a 12-hour Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, Lobster Thermidor en Croûte, and Wagyu Mini Cheesesteak Bites. Carver Road Hospitality’s Vice President of Beverage and Hospitality Culture Francesco Lafranconi will take charge of Carversteak’s beverage program, which will feature a curated collection of wines and whiskey, and an exciting menu of classic and contemporary cocktails influence by the onsite herb garden.

Be sure to visit Resorts World Las Vegas for the fabulous debut of Carversteak, the city’s largest steakhouse, this December.
