50 Eggs Hospitality Group, the award-winning, multi-faceted creative firm, will introduce Spring Chicken to Nevadans. The Floridan-based chicken eatery will bring Southern cuisine to Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders at 3333 Al Davis Way in Paradise.
With two eateries in Florida, this third restaurant will mark Spring Chicken’s first out-of-state location.
Spring Chicken will offer classic Southern dishes made from scratch using premium ingredients and locally sourced produce. Highlights on the menu include the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich; the Cool Ranch Sandwich (crispy chicken tenders, tidewater slaw, house-made Cool Ranch “Doritos”, ranch dressing, pickles); and a mouthwatering selection of wings with your choice of Southern BBQ, wild honey mustard, Memphis dry rub, Nashville hot or Carolina reaper spice.
The chicken eatery honors Southern flavors as well as Southern culture and hospitality, providing a casual, laid back environment to “shoot the breeze, feel good about what you eat, and enjoy the people around you.”
Although an official opening day has not been announced, Spring Chicken’s Instagram indicates that its Vegas Raiders Stadium outpost is “coming soon.”
