According to real estate data acquired by What Now Las Vegas, a new ice cream shop has rolled into the West Summerlin neighborhood. Co-owners and brothers Kevin Whelan and Drew Belcher will launch Sorry Not Sorry Creamery this summer, according to its official Instagram.
While mystery shrouds the newcomer, locals can expect high quality ice cream made in small batches with high butterfat and premium mix-ins that are baked fresh. Sorry Not Sorry Creamery will also feature vegan flavors.
Sorry Not Sorry Creamery will set up shop in suite #165 at 9484 W Flamingo Road, which had formerly been occupied by Rolled Ice Cream. The retail center at the intersection of W Flamingo Road and S Fort Apache Road includes Kokoro Ramen and Five Guys.
