Coffee N Rock, a new coffee shop, will open soon on E Silverado Ranch Blvd.
Owner Albert Vanheesch confirmed the news of the café’s opening in a Friday afternoon phone with What Now Las Vegas. Vanheesch declined to comment further on the upcoming restaurant.
Further details on Coffee N Rock’s branding, menu, and operating hours are unavailable at this time.
The location at 1160 E Silverado Ranch Blvd was previously occupied by Classic Rock Coffee Co., a Springfield, Missouri based café chain serving specialty coffees in 8 different countries.
Located between Maryland Pkwy and Mission Front Dr, the building is located across the street from Silverado Ranch Center, a retail center anchored by an Albertson’s Grocery Store. It sits between a CVS and a building that houses Veggy Street, a vegan restaurant serving a selection of plant-based dishes like falafel, vegan burgers, and vegan burritos, and BB.Q Chicken Silverado Ranch, which offers fried chicken, a variety of fries, and a selection of Korean dishes.
No opening date has been announced for Coffee N Rock.
