The Gordon, Chamblee’s newest condominium and mixed-use real estate project located within walking distance to MARTA, and adjacent to pedestrian pathway The Rail Trail, has started sales ahead of breaking ground next month.
Windsor Stevens LLP has selected developer and sales services firm CITY HAUS, a division of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, as the agency of record for The Gordon.
Its first phase will offer 24 homes priced from the $200s, ranging from 501 to 1,098 square feet.
Amenities will include Nest climate control and remote security management, in addition to a rooftop lounge and a fitness studio.
“Chamblee is an extremely desirable place to live right now,” Lori Lane, senior vice president and managing broker, Berkshire Hathaway’s CITY HAUS Division, said in a prepared statement.
“The Gordon will be the first condominium built in Chamblee in 15 years.”
Full plans for The Gordon call for two buildings, housing 50 condominiums and 7,500 square feet of retail space, over 1.3 acres.
Groundbreaking is slated for mid-March, with presales beginning Spring 2020 and subsequent closings in early 2021.
