The Goat Farm Arts Center, while undergoing major renovations and redevelopment at its Westside location, has leased 15,500 square feet of studio space in a renovated Reynoldstown warehouse, at 215 Chester Avenue.
The new studio will serve as a satellite location for Goat Farm artists and practitioners, one of several satellites planned throughout the city.
Even after The Goat Farm opens its shiny-new home on the Westside, the satellite location will likely remain, according to Jason Eden of Cross Town Realty, who represented the landlord, 215 Chester LLC, in the now fully-leased warehouse.
The Goat Farm will be joined by GoBrands, a convenience store delivery company taking 4,600 square feet in the redevelopment.
Both will join an existing CrossFit and ATL Barbell gym at the site.
Following interior buildouts, the newcomers will be open for business by late-Spring 2020.
