Chase is opening a 5,257-square-foot retail banking center on the ground floor of the new ICON Buckhead residential tower, at 3372 Peachtree Road Suite 123.
An estimated $1,487,776 will be spent building out the new Chase Bank, according to plans recently filed with the City of Atlanta.
The corner space, which butts up to Maggiano’s Little Italy, will include a walk-up ATM.
With the addition of Chase, ICON’s retail space is 100 percent leased, according to marketing materials for the project.
Related Group’s ICON tower offers 361 apartments across its 35 floors, one of Buckhead’s tallest buildings in recent years.
