Here’s All of ALTA Midtown’s Confirmed Restaurants, Retailers

ALTA Midtown, the city’s latest mixed-use residential project nearing its opening, in a press release Friday released a comprehensive list of secured restaurant and retail leases, many for which are first-to-market.

Wood Partners and Selig Realty, Inc. are developing the 21-story tower at 915 West Peachtree Street NE. The luxury project features 369 residential units —193 units in the Tower and 176 Mid-Rise units— along with approximately 20,000 square feet of street-front retail space.

Babalu Tacos & Tapas will anchor the development with a 5,200-square-foot restaurant space prominently positioned at the corner of West Peachtree Street and Peachtree Place, the brand’s first Georgia location.

The “award-winning restaurant,” should open its doors plans to open its first Georgia location in early 2017, featuring a 3,100-square-foot outdoor dining area and indoor-outdoor bar.

Dancing Goats Coffee Bar’s third location will open inside ALTA Midtown in a 2,200-square-foot space facing Peachtree Place. Dancing Goats is known for its locally made pastries and menu of single origin coffees and blends roasted right in Atlanta on the Westside.

Molana, a first-to-market Persian concept featuring a full-service bar and restaurant lounge, will be situated in a 3,200-square-foot space along West Peachtree. Expect a “antique rustic feel with a modern twist.”

WhichWich Superior Sandwiches,  the modern, casual chain known for design-your-own sandwiches and varied bread options, will occupy 1,700 square feet along West Peachtree.

Solidcore, a high-intensity, low-impact 50-minute workout that is performed as slow as possible to lengthen and tone the body, will occupy 2,049 square feet along West Peachtree at the Midtown high-rise.
