A new multifamily community could move forward in the Peachtree Hills neighborhood.

A proposal for the project recently came before the Atlanta Beltline Design Review Committee, Urbanize Atlanta reports.

The three-story development from Pruiett Capital Partners and Hudson Development Partners would include 44 units and a partially underground parking garage, according to the news outlet. It would include studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans, with balconies.

The development would replace the One Peachtree Hills Apartments currently located at the site. The property is located near Peachtree Battle Shopping Mall, a Publix-anchored shopping center off Peachtree Road.
