WeWork Thursday announced plans to open a fourth Atlanta co-working space, this time in the Terminus 100 building.
The space, at 3280 Peachtree Road NE, will have a footprint of 42,000 square feet in Buckhead and accommodate a community of more than 840 members.
“We are proud of our growth in Atlanta and excited to officially announce our partnership with Cousins Properties for a fourth location here and second in Buckhead with WeWork Terminus 100,” Bobby Condon, WeWork’s General Manager for the Southeast Atlanta, said in a prepared statement.
“…WeWork Terminus 100 reflects our commitment to the Buckhead community, one of the country’s largest urban mixed-use development areas, as well as supporting its creators that seek a new way to work.”
Slated to debut Spring 2018, the space will offer private offices with room for up to 36 members, nooks, conference rooms, lounges, phone booths, and space for events.
Community bars, pantries, complimentary fruit water, and coffee, will also be on hand.
WeWork is a membership-based co-working environment with private office space, dedicated desks, and access to common areas and amentities.
WeWork’s existing Atlanta locations are in Midtown’s Colony Square and the 1372 Peachtree building, and Buckhead’s Tower Place.
