Chicken Salad Chick has a new location on the way to Canton. It will open at 6391 Hickory Flat Highway, according to construction plans.
The forthcoming location will be a corporate-owned spot, a spokesperson with the company told What Now Atlanta. The team is targeting a mid-October opening.
The new Chicken Salad Chick will join the developing Hickory Flat Marketplace, a new 100,000-square-foot shopping center expected to open in fall 2026. Other businesses expected to join the development include Woodstock-based Little Rosa’s Pizza, Caribou Coffee and Onelife Fitness.
Chicken Salad Chick, which launched in Alabama in 2008, offers chicken salad meals and sandwiches. It has a strong presence in the Atlanta market and now has more than 340 restaurants across 25 states, offering a mix of corporate and franchise locations.
