Fulton County restaurants scored less than 70 on recent reports.

What’s considered failing? Restaurants that receive a score of 70 or less (out of 100) on its health inspection is failing, according to the Fulton County Environmental Health Services Department.

With out further ado, here’s a list of Fulton County restaurants that failed health inspection in May — Bon appétit!

  • Looks like the Buckhead health inspector hit pay dirt. How ridiculous is it for these places to fail, especially Davio’s that should have good management.
