A new location of a popular chain appears to be brewing south of Atlanta.
Dutch Bros Coffee is planned for 2695 Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins, according to construction documents. The ground-up structure would be 950 square feet, with both a drive-thru and a walk-up window. The projected date for the start of construction is January 2025, according to the plans.
Dutch Bros Coffee was founded in 1992, growing a large following in the Pacific Northwest and on the West Coast before expanding across the U.S. There are currently more than 900 locations across 18 states. The Oregon-based company stopped franchising in 2017, making the decision to only open corporate-owned stores.
The drive-thru coffee shops are known for friendly service and unique, customizable beverages. The menu includes a lineup of classic and signature coffee beverages, energy drinks, soda, tea, lemonade and muffin tops.
The Warner Robins outpost wouldn’t be the only Dutch Bros in the state; the company is also planning locations in Lawrenceville and Johns Creek. Construction on those locations is expected to begin early next year.
