Saturday was the cocktail-centric concept’s last day.

Grain Spirits and Food closed its doors for good Saturday after dinner service. The cocktail-centric restaurant announced the news Friday on its Facebook page.

The AJC Monday first reported the closure.

“So it is with a heavy heart that I have to inform you all that Grain Spirits and Food will be closing,” according to the social media post.

The restaurant, at 856 W Peachtree Street NW, first opened its doors in December 2014. No word on why the short-lived concept called its quits this weekend.
