Marlow’s Tavern is the latest restaurant headed to Westside Village.
The American eatery will be situated in Suite 101, at 2260 Marietta Blvd NW, according to the latest site plan for the mixed-use development.
Kaffee Hopkins, a spokeswoman for Marlow’s Tavern parent company Sterling Spoon, in an email Friday confirmed the plans with What Now Atlanta.
An opening is expected in the “first half of 2020,” she wrote.
Sterling Spoon earlier this week filed plans with the City of Atlanta for the Westside Village restaurant.
An estimated $450,000 will be spent building out the new Marlow’s Tavern, including outdoor dining on an “existing patio.”
Marlow’s Tavern has 17 locations in the greater metro area, including the recently-opened Peachtree Corners restaurant.
A location in Emory Point shuttered earlier this year.
Several Westside Village tenants have recently opened including The Refinery and Primrose School.
It was revealed earlier this month that nearby Westside Pizzeria next year will relocate to the development.
