‘Welcome to Moe’s’ soon-to-be echoed throughout Renaissance Walk.
Moe’s Southwest Grill is opening a new store downtown.
The burrito joint submitted a building permit application with City of Atlanta Monday to open a location at Renaissance Walk.
Moe’s will spend an estimated $202,800 to build-out its new space, at 171 Auburn Avenue.
The quick-service restaurant’s 2,023-square-foot restaurant would be located next door to Smoothie King, adjacent the Georgia State University dormitory on Piedmont Avenue.
Moe’s was not immediately available for comment.

As the streetcar continues it’s development and the amount of students living around GSU increases, more retailers will continue to open up in that neighborhood. We should take a picture now of the area…it will look 100% different in 5 years.
