New Bar and Restaurant Proposed for Southwest Atlanta

A new sports bar and grill is planned for southwest Atlanta.

Motions Sports Bar and Grill is expected to take over an existing one-story building at 2960 Campbellton Road SW, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The one-story structure is nearly 5,600 square feet, and the site contains 56 parking spaces.

The property is across from JJ’s Rib Shack and a Chevron gas station.

It’s not yet clear what the menu of Motions Sports Bar and Grill will be like, but construction documents indicate plans for a large bar and several dining areas, including a VIP dining section.

The estimated cost of construction on the establishment is $30,000, according to the plans.
