A new location of Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is coming to Alpharetta.

The dessert shop has inked a lease at Haynes Bridge Village, a Publix-anchored shopping center at 9925 Haynes Bridge Road. Gary Woodward of JLL (@wolfofpeachtreestreet on Instagram) secured the deal.

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice first began in Winter Park, Florida, in 1996. According to the company, there are now more than 240 locations open or in development across the U.S., including about a dozen existing stores around metro Atlanta.

The menu includes a signature frozen treat they call Jelati, made up of layers of Italian ice, soft ice cream, and a variety of mix-ins, like sprinkles, cookie pieces and chocolate chips.

The upcoming Alpharetta shop will be a family business run by Siddharth Pandey and his wife, Priyanka Mishra. They are no strangers to the food-and-beverage industry, with experience operating a catering company.

“I tasted the product and loved it,” Pandey said of Jeremiah’s Italian Ice. “I had some ideas of getting into a franchise business. I explored it further with Jeremiah’s and liked it. In the end it was about how much I like the product.”

He said they hope to open the store around April 2025.
