An experienced Atlanta-based hospitality group is cooking up a new concept at a Buckhead office building.

A new eatery called Uno Mas Cantina + Taqueria is proposed for 3500 Lenox Road NE, according to a recent liquor license application with the City of Atlanta.

The concept comes from STHRN Hospitality Co., a company that develops and operates cafés, bars, full-service restaurants and food halls for building owners.

“UNO MAS Cantina + Taqueria brings the vivacious energy and colorful diversity of Mexico City and its food and drink to One Alliance Center,” according to the website, which also describes the concept as simple and unpretentious, yet refined.

According to the liquor license application, the eatery would be open 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The 3,400-square-foot space would feature seating for 52 people, as well as a 14-seat bar. There will be a patio adjacent to the cafe space.

STHRN Hospitality Co. is the team behind The Bell Stand, a recently opened breakfast and lunch cafe in Buckhead, and two new concepts coming to Perimeter Summit called Little Gem and Pizza Stop. Their portfolio also includes Westside Motor Lounge.

Uno Mas Cantina + Taqueria is expected to open in mid-2025.
