Fresh seafood from Tokyo’s Toyosu Fish Market is heading to Ponce City Market this year. NoriFish, from sushi chef Sean Park and restaurateur Justin Lim, will open a location in the Central Food Hall in spring 2026, according to a release.
The menu at the Ponce City Market location will include signature sushi rolls, nigiri, premium seafood, warm items and small plates. Atlanta mixologist and certified sake advisor Hendry Kurniawan will craft a beverage program featuring light cocktails, premium sake, wine, and local and Japanese lagers.
NoriFish’s menu will offer a rotation of offerings based on seasonality and availability. The team will fly in fish from the Toyosu Fish Market in Japan twice a week.
Park launched the brand in 2022 and it now has two locations — one in Buckhead and another in Sandy Springs.
Park and Lim are also behind the popular ramen concept Okiboru.
In addition to NoriFish, Ponce City Market is ushering in a wave of new concepts this year, including Terminal 26 from the 26 Thai team, cocktail lounge and listening room La Cueva, barbershop The Commodore and brewery and taproom Three Taverns Brew Terminal.
