The restaurant marks a long-awaited project for Clark, who also owns three C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar locations. The concept came together at what Clark describes as the right time and location.

“When this opportunity came along, it just clicked and felt like the natural next step,” says Clark. “This has been a passion project through and through, and finally bringing it to life has been incredibly rewarding.”

Clark’s Steakhouse will serve dinner Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday hours run from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday hours from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Lunch service will begin on May 4 and will be available on weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The menu centers on wood-fired cooking with Executive Chef Zan Malik leading the kitchen. It features prime steak cuts, including dry-aged selections and Japanese and domestic Wagyu. The menu also includes dishes like venison chop, duck breast, salmon Wellington, and wood-grilled branzino.

Guests can also find Southern-inspired sides and desserts, including a Coca-Cola German chocolate cake. The wine program is another highlight of the restaurant. Certified Sommelier Alexa Robertson developed the wine program, which includes 550 selections.

“When I first began working for Rich, one of the things I most admired was his wine list,” said Alexa Robertson.

The selections focus on bold wines suited for steak, along with options from regions like Bordeaux, Burgundy, Italy, and Napa. Guests can also opt for the curated Champagne list and high-acid wines to complement both meat and seafood dishes.

The cocktail menu features classic and seasonal drinks, including house martinis and an Old Fashioned. This version is made with tequila and mezcal. Non-alcoholic options are also available on the menu.

Clark’s Steakhouse brings a refined yet inviting dining experience to Buckhead. It marks an exciting new chapter for Rich Clark as he expands his presence in Atlanta’s dining scene.
