Much-anticipated Guy Wong project nears opening.
Ton Ton, a Guy Wong project that has long been in the works at Ponce City Market, is nearing its opening date.
A Craigslist job post published this morning announces that the restaurant will open “THIS MONTH.”
The project was first announced in December of 2014 and has since been delayed several times.
Japanese ramen, steamed buns, and yakitori will be featured on the menu with noodles, rice and other Japanese ingredients available for purchase. There will also be a separate sushi kiosk.
