EōS Fitness has taken a lease for a new gym in Dunwoody. The new 63,084-square-foot gym will take over part of the former Walmart space in Perimeter Village, according to a release.
The spot will feature a 6,433-square-foot outdoor exercise area and will serve as the sixth location in the state. There are also locations on the way to Austell, Alpharetta and Roswell.
EōS gyms are expected to begin rolling out in Georgia in 2027, with 50 locations planned throughout the state slated to open over the next decade. Across the country, there are 225 locations either open or in development.
EōS offers strength training equipment, free weights, group fitness classes and coaching. The brand earlier this year announced that it plans to experiment with reformer Pilates offerings and has been rolling out AI-driven smart equipment at certain gym locations.
Perimeter Village also features DSW, Hobby Lobby, J. Alexander’s, Olive Garden, Another Broken Egg Cafe and America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses.
