Dallas-based EōS Fitness has multiple gyms in the works in the Atlanta market. The brand recently announced that it has signed a lease for a new gym in Austell at 5055 Austell Rd, Suite 171. It will replace the space that formerly housed Big Lots at Austell Plaza. That location is expected to open in 2027.

The Austell gym will join two other locations lined up to open next year, including a gym at 700 McFarland Pkwy in Alpharetta and 2880 Holcomb Bridge Rd in Roswell.

The rapidly expanding fitness brand has strongholds in Florida and Texas as well as in major cities including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and Phoenix. EōS added nine new gyms across the country in Q2 of this year, but it has yet to open a gym in Georgia.

EōS offers strength training equipment, free weights, group fitness classes and coaching. The brand recently announced that it plans to experiment with reformer Pilates offerings and has been rolling out AI-driven smart equipment at certain gym locations.

The brand currently has 225 gyms either already open or in development, with additional openings expected over the next couple of years.
