A new Fifth Third Bank is on the way to Chastain Park. A branch of the bank is heading to 4415 Roswell Road, formerly home to an Arby’s, which closed in the 3,000-square-foot space last fall, according to Tomorrow’s News Today Atlanta.
The Cincinnati-based bank offers services including lending, mobile banking, insurance options, investment services, wealth planning resources, and business and commercial banking. The bank has a strong presence in the Midwest and the Southeast, with more than 1,100 locations.
The bank has 32 locations in Georgia listed on its website. It has been in expansion mode in the state recently, with a location joining Suwanee recently. There are also locations planned for Gainesville and Sugar Hill.
As of now, there is no word on when the new branch is slated to open. The site is still in the early stages of development and construction is still to come on the Arby’s space.
