Local nail salon Sugar Polish Nail Bar has plans to expand to Cumming. It will open at Fuqua Development’s Forsyth Town Center, a development at the intersection of Ronald Reagan Blvd and Peachtree Parkway, according to a recent lease announcement.
Gary Woodward, managing director at JLL, and Troy Nguyen represented Sugar Polish in the deal.
Sugar Polish Nail Bar began in 2018 with a location in Athens, and it later expanded to West Midtown, Watkinsville, Woodstock, Roswell, Canton and Statesboro.
The brand offers manicures, pedicures and waxing services in a modern, clean environment.
What Now Atlanta reached out to Sugar Polish ownership but could not confirm an opening timeline prior to publication. It appears that the location is still in the early stages of development.
